Picomel meets all quality requirements. But we go beyond that! Picomel is prepared for the future. We combine our unique and efficient production process with the latest technology.  This guarantees you an extremely homogenous high-quality milk powder that dissolves perfectly.

Gravity and Hygiene

Our new tall factory was built in 2015 and has been accredited a certificate of Excellence. Our unique production process only makes use of gravity. This keeps the structure of our milk powders intact. In addition, we produce sustainably with self-developed machines and maximum hygiene. We thus exclude any risk of damage and contamination.

Picomel levert probleemloos verschillende batchgroottes en hoeveelheden. Een indicatie van onze verpakkingsmogelijkheden:

  • Pilllowbags of 135 gram
  • Sachets of 400 gram
  • Packaging boxes for 1 or 2 sachets
  • Small tins, 99 mm diameter, volume maximum 450 gram
  • Large tins, 127 mm diameter, volume maximum 900 gram
  • Bigbags of 850 kilograms

Gravity Assited production

Fully automated

Our production process is fully automated. There are only two controllers present in the production area. This way we guarantee maximum hygiene and eliminate human errors.

Certification

Picomel is fully certified and meets the highest quality requirements.

Access control

Only the necessary employees have access to the production area. In addition, there is continuous camera surveillance. From reception at the gate up to the production area.

Efficient design

Picomel appears small but it has the capacity to deliver on a large flexible scale. Our compact design ensures maximum overview and minimum internal transport. With this efficient production process, we deliver both large and small batches of high quality milk powders without any problem.
